Categories allow specific pages to be group together in a way that can be easily accessed. It also allows achievements to be awarded for editing specific pages.
Please apply all relevant categories to articles. So, for example, places, people and walkthroughs for Lifeline 1 would all fit under the "Lifeline (1)" category as they are all featured in the game. If an article's contents are featured in two or more games, you add "Lifeline (1)," "Lifeline 2," "Lifeline: Silent Night Sneak Peak" and/or "Lifeline: Silent Night" to said page.
New categories can be created if needed, but one should not be created if it will only ever apply to a single page. If you feel as though a category is misused/unnecessary, please feel free to fix it yourself, or, alternatively, contact a member of the Wiki Staff.
There are a few ways to add a page to a category:
- Clicking the "Add Category" button in the categories box at bottom of a page.
- While editing an article. This includes source mode (at the bottom of the page) as well as the visual editor.
